FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car fire in Bewbush just after midnight this morning (Wednesday).One fire engine was sent to Glanville Walk at about 12.18am following an emergency call. It is not known whether the fire was deliberate or accidental.

THE human bones found by a fishing lake off Parish Lane, in Pease Pottage, last Monday (January 26) have now been confirmed as those of missing Crawley man Jean Leveque.
