THE main road between London and the south coast is suffering from congestion.
Slow moving traffic has been reported on the A23 at Handcross Hill this morning in both directions, where the route is subject to a temporary 40mph speed limit.
All other commuter routes remain incident-free, and trains and trams are all running on time.
