DANIEL Palmer acted "wrongly, inappropriately and selfishly" after realising Joao Esteves was dead but he had not intended to cause him serious harm, his defence solicitor has said.
Giving her closing speech at the trial of Palmer, who is accused of murdering Mr Esteves in Three Bridges in the early hours of January 19 this year, Elizabeth Marsh said her client admits punching Mr Esteves twice but that he acted in self defence because he believed he was in danger.
