THE jury at the Daniel Palmer trial have been told today (Wednesday) that they can consider charges of murder and manslaughter.
Palmer, 24, was previously only facing a charge of murder.
But when they consider their verdict it was agreed today that the jury can find Palmer guilty of murder, guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter or clear him of both charges.
The decision was made before the prosecution summarised their case this morning.
