A STOWAWAY from South America was discovered heading for Crawley hidden in a shipment of bananas.The immigrant in question was a three-inch tarantula, found among fruit that was going to be delivered to a shop in the town last Thursday.After being discovered it was taken to a vet then collected by RSPCA inspector Tony Woodley.The fear-inducing arachnid has since been rehomed at Drusillas Park, in East Sussex.Drusillas spider expert Angela Hale took in the furry fugitive.She said: "It is...
