Kevin Spall, 54, from Livingstone Road in Caterham, Surrey went on trial at Redhill Magistrates' Court on January 15. THERE are severe delays on the M23 northbound near Gatwick and Crawley this morning due to two separate incidents. Two lanes have been closed on the carriageway at Junction 9 while a second incident northbound between Junction 11 and 10A is likely to cause further significant delays.
