Rush hour delays and queues on M23 due to congestion

Drivers heading to the M23 are being warned to expect delays this morning due to the amount of traffic on the motorway.Highways England is reporting queues forming on the northbound carriageway between Junction 8 and Junction 7 today (Thursday, December 10).A Highways England spokesman said: "There are currently delays of 10 minutes against free flowing traffic."The tailbacks are expected to continue throughout the rush hour.
