A MENTAL health hospital has not been doing enough to prevent patients from trying to take their own lives, a report has said.Risk assessments which could identify possible danger points were not being kept on wards at Farmfield, in Charlwood, meaning they were not readily available to staff, says the Care Quality Commission (CQC).While there is no suggestion this had resulted in anyone taking their own life, the CQC has told the hospital to address the issue as part of a raft of improvements...

A HOMELESS man has been fined over £200 for being abusive.Chane Hill used threatening or abusive words or behaviour on Haslett Avenue East on October 23.
