POLICE are stepping up patrols across Copthorne following a spate of late night attacks involving bricks being hurled through car windscreens.Sussex Police officers are increasing both marked and unmarked patrols in the area on the back of the incidents of criminal damage, which occurred over three nights in the last two weeks.Bricks are reported to have been thrown through the windscreens of five vehicles and officers are urging residents to remain vigilant.The attacks have occurred at night...
