A YOUNG man has been fined more than £100 after being caught with cannabis on him in Crawley.David Newark appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on April 10.Newark, 21, was caught on Crawley Avenue with a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin on him on March 23.Newark, from Colonsay Road, Broadfield pleaded guilty to possession of the drugs.Magistrates fined him £105 and ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Delays on M23 after three-vehicle crash
DRIVERS are being delayed on the M23 this morning (Wednesday) after a three-vehicle crash.
The accident happened on the M23 Gatwick Spur Road near Junction 9a with the A23 Airport Way, blocking two lanes northbound.
Police and paramedics are at the scene.
A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman has confirmed that following an emergency call at around 8.50am, an ambulance and paramedics' car was dispatched.
