A PAN of hot oil caught fire at a house in Broadfield on Sunday afternoon.
Two fire engines were sent to the address in Crowberry Close at about 1.30pm but the fire was out by the time the crews arrived.
They used a thermal imaging camera to check the fire was completely out before using a high powered fan to clear the house of smoke.
They left the scene at 2.12pm.
