FIGURES have revealed how many people have been helped onto the housing ladder since the introduction of the Help to Buy.A total of 31 Crawley families have been able to get a mortgage and buy their own home through the scheme. At the same time 173 families in the town have also purchased their council house through Right to Buy discounts available to tenants.
