AN elderly man has been taken to hospital after being hit by a bus this morning in Crawley town centre.
He is believed to have suffered an arm injury after being hit close to Lloyds Bank on The Broadway.
Two ambulances were sent to the scene.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said the bus was travelling between five and 10 mph when it struck the man.
He complained of shoulder and leg pain and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
His injuries have been described as minor.
