A FREELANCE chef whipped up a whopping 1,600 cakes in support of a charity close to her heart.
Double mastectomy patient Tracy Twinn, from Fountains Close, Gossops Green, spent hours in the kitchen ahead of the fundraiser at Queen Victoria Hospital, in East Grinstead, on Tuesday of last week.
The 45-year-old, who has battled breast cancer twice and now volunteers as a motivational speaker at the hospital, managed to shift every last cake during the event.
