POLICE have denied the Three Bridges death was linked to the nearby homeless camp.
A 45-year-old Portuguese man was found seriously injured in an alleyway between Stephenson Way and Haslett Avenue East in the early hours of Sunday (January 19).
He later died after being taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital, in Brighton.
Crawley district commander Justina Beeken is keen to reject the suggestion that the death was caused by the homeless camp at the industrial estate.
