AN investigation is under way after a passenger plane started landing at Gatwick Airport while another was still on the runway.
A controller told the pilot at 6.50pm on Monday to abort the landing because the runway was occupied by an aircraft that had already landed, National Air Traffic Services (Nats) said.
The jet's crew acknowledged the instruction to "go-around", but the aircraft continued to land.
