A MAN has been charged with historic sex offences against two boys in Crawley in the early 1960s.
Arthur Blackman, who is 71 and retired, has been charged with buggery of a boy then aged between 5 and 8 between 1961 and 1964, and with gross indecency with a boy then aged under 14 during the same period.
Blackman, of Forsyte Crescent in South London, is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday January 15.
