Power cut affects 600 Crawley residents
About 600 Crawley residents experienced a power cut earlier this evening, following an underground fault.
UK Power Networks' engineers were called to investigate a supply problem in the RH11 area of the town at about 6.15pm, after a problem with its underground electricity network.
Several residents contacted the Crawley News when their homes were left without power, with some complaining it was not the first time this year.

Southern trains are at a standstill outside Gatwick Airport due to a fire on the tracks.
Two crews of firefighters from Crawley Fire Station are currently enroute to the incident after receiving a call just after 7am.
