Reduced train services through Three Bridges this Saturday
Thameslink railway will be running reduced train services from Three Bridges on Sunday.
Engineering work will be taking place between East Croydon and Purley, resulting in some lines being closed and a reduced service between Bedford and Three Bridges.
Services between Brighton and London Victoria will also be reduced due to the ongoing work.

Broadfield phone box being removed because it is not being used...
A phone box in Broadfield is set to be removed, under new plans announced by BT.
The phone company are set to take away the payphone kiosk that sits on Trefoil Crescent.
BT believes that having conducted a detailed survey, the results have shown that the kiosk is not being sufficiently used and will be removed.

Crawley woman reportedly killed in skiing accident in Canada

TESCO is preparing to bid au revoir to the crescent shape croissants.
The supermarket chain, who have a store in Three Bridges, believe that the British people are falling out of love with the traditionally crescent shaped croissants – preferring ones that are straight.

Diesel the dog helps Sussex Police in drugs raid
SUSSEX Police carried out a successful drugs raid on a property in Bewbush this morning - with the help of Diesel the police dog.
At 6.55am on Monday, February 22, local officers executed a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a flat in Cowfold Close, Bewbush.
A 35-year old man was arrested on suspicion of the possession of cannabis with intent to supply, and money laundering.
He is currently in custody for interview and further enquiries.

Two "uninsured" vehicles seized by Crawley Police
Sussex Police seized two vehicles, after they stopped two suspected uninsured drivers in separate incidents.
Officers stopped a Honda moped in Bewbush, after it was spotted with only one wing mirror and a faulty indicator.
Police found that the vehicle was insured, but the driver allegedly wasn't.
In another incident officers stopped a Suzuki 1000cc motorbike in the town centre, following a minor traffic offence.
The driver was suspected of not having the correct insurance.

PASSENGERS travelling on a train back from London last night were stranded for several hours after the train they were on broke down outside Gatwick station.
The 10.30pm service from London Victoria to Brighton broke down at about 11.10pm while it was between Gatwick and Tinsley Green.
