Premier Inn on Fleming Way, in Manor Royal, wants to transform a meeting room into a Costa Coffee outlet.
This is based on the popularity of the branch in the business district, at County Oak Retail Park. Premier Inn and Costa Coffee are both owned by Whitbread PLC.

A KNIFE has been found close to where a man was stabbed in Crawley High Street last week.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in on Thursday at about 10pm following an argument close to the Old Punch Bowl pub.
A 46-year-old man from the town was stabbed in the abdomen. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been discharged.
