THREE Crawley fire engines have attended a fire at the Premier Inn on Northway at Gatwick Airport.
A crew from Horley were first on the scene.
They called Crawley firefighters to attend the fire which had started in a laundry room on the sixth floor and which had the potential to quickly spread.
A fire engine from East Grinstead also arrived on the scene.
The fire was out when firefighters arrived and hotel staff are believed to have tackled the flames using foam and Co2 extinguishers.
