A female driver has been rushed to hospital after crashing their car into the central reservation on the M23 this morning and a section of the motorway has to be closed as oil spilled across the carriageway. Debris from the car was scattered across one of the lanes on the northbound carriagway and the oil spillage hit other motorists.
