POLICE are trying to trace a road rage attacker - who bizarrely took out his fury on a car.
Witnesses are being sought who saw the enraged man repeatedly punching and kicking a vehicle, whose shocked driver was sitting helplessly inside.
The victim was in a black Ford Focus at about 8am on Friday July 5, in Haslett Avenue East, Three Bridges near the Paymaster General roundabout, when the man walked up to the car and damaged it.
