THERE are serious delays on the A23 due to a van fire between Handcross and Pease Pottage.Crews from Crawley and Haywards Heath were called to northbound carriage at 11.11am to the Transit van, near the junction for Pease Pottage.Two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used to put out the blaze which completely destroyed the vehicle and reportedly also destroyed tools inside it.The cause has been confirmed by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service as accidental ignition.According to one eye...
