A YOUNG man has had to be rescued from Tilgate Lake this afternoon (Tuesday) after getting into trouble while trying to retrieve a football from the water.Eight ambulance vehicles - including four from the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) - raced to the park via Titmus Drive following a call at about 1.50pm.
