GATWICK Airport has this morning announced the appointment of world-renowned architect Sir Terry Farrell to work on its runway expansion plans.
He will provide expert advice as the airport bids to build a second runway.
Gatwick chiefs want to see Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted having two runways each to meet the need for additional runway capacity in the South East.
