A CYCLIST remains seriously injured in hospital after a collision with a car near a Balcombe pub yesterday (Saturday).
The 39-year-old man, from Haywards Heath, remains in St Georges Hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries following a collision involving a grey VW Golf on the London Road B2036, Balcombe on Saturday.
Police and ambulance arrived at the scene near the Cowdray Arms pub, at around 3pm.
A 55-year-old woman from Lewes who was driving the Golf was uninjured.
