A MAIDENBOWER man convicted of failing to provide a specimen of blood to police has asked to clarify that he would never drink-drive - but says he sees no problem with smoking weed and driving.
Lee Erikson, 25, of Beckford Way, admits he was driving after smoking cannabis when police stopped his car in Pound Hill on December 5.
After being taken to the police station he failed to give a specimen of blood, which he says was because he doesn't like needles.
