A MAIDENBOWER man suspected of drug-driving failed to provide a specimen of breath or blood to police for analysis and was subsequently found to have no licence.
Lee Erikson, 25, unemployed, of Beckford Way, was arrested in Pearson Road, Pound Hill, on December 5.
He was charged with failing to comply with a preliminary impairment test, failing to provide a specimen, driving with no licence, driving with no insurance and failing to surrender to custody.
