POLICE have praised the heroics of two men after they restrained an alcoholic who threatened to jump from a bridge in East Grinstead.
Officers were called to the incident in the town shortly before 5pm on Saturday, at which point the local heroes fled from the scene.
Now PCs Amy Hayward and Anthony Cheeseman are trying to locate the mystery men to thank them for their quick thinking actions which ultimately saved a life.
