FIGURES have been released showing what our local councillors earned in the 2012/13 financial year.
As you might expect, borough council leader Bob Lanzer, who is also a county councillor, earned the most.
He was paid £20,613.36 for his borough council duties, which included a basic allowance of £5,949 and £14,280.96 in "special responsibility" allowances.
