QUEUES are building on the M23 due to an overturned lorry.
The accident was reported during rush hour this morning with drivers grinding to a halt at about 8.30am as they made their way between junction nine at Gatwick and junction eight, the M25.
Two lanes have subsequently been closed and delays are expected to last up to an hour.
