AN EAST Grinstead couple have sparked a bidding war on their run-down car by listing it for sale as "crap".
Despite having been "thrashed, raced, rallied and smashed up in a domestic", the 13-year-old Mercedes E320 Cdi has received a staggering number of bids as high as £155,000 on online auction site eBay.
The bizarre idea to list the car and all of its unappealing features was taken by owner Murdo Guy, whose "more to love missus" Camilla Banks playfully poses on the bonnet of the vehicle...
