A BLACK Renault Clio was found in Hastings turned over on its roof.The car was found with no people inside it in Ivyhouse Lane at 3.30am today (April 21).Those involved in the incident would have injuries and so police are keen to locate them and check on their condition.Police are appealing for witnesses to - or those involved in - the incident to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting CAD 0198 of 21st April.
