AN application to demolish the former West Green doctors' surgery and replace it with 13 homes has been refused.
The proposal, which was submitted to Crawley Borough Council, was to bulldoze three buildings in Ifield Road including the vacant surgery.
The other two buildings are a pair of two-storey semi-detached houses.
Ashcroft Homes South Ltd wants to build seven terraced, four semi-detached and two detached houses.
A new access road off of Ifield Road would also be required.
