The 8.57am train from Seaford to Brighton will no longer call at Seaford and Bishopstone due to earlier signalling problems.
Trains running between Seaford and Lewes are delayed by around 20 minutes this morning due to engineering works.
The works have now been completed, but residual delays up to 20 minutes can be expected until approximately 9am.
Passengers can use the Brighton & Hove buses on services via Newhaven to Brighton on routes 12 and 14.
