A BROKEN down car has blocked lane 1 of the M25 on the clockwise carriageway while traffic is slow moving on other parts of the motorway this morning.The vehicle is stuck in lane 1 about two miles after Clacket Lane Services which is causing traffic to gather up Junction 6 at Godstone.Shorty after Junction 8 things are moving very slowly while the section between Junction 9 and 11 is also congested.
