PLANS to convert a building crossing over Broad Walk into four homes have been submitted.An application has been put forward to Crawley Borough Council to transform 21 Broad Walk into four apartments and to insert windows into the structure.Pedestrians walk underneath the building when going between Broad Walk and The Broadway.
