A WOMAN charged with shoplifting and assaulting a security guard has failed to turn up to a court hearing.
Hope Casey, 24, from Heather Walk, Smallfield, is accused of committing the offences at Primark, in Crawley, on April 25.
She denies the charges.
She was due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on October 15 but the case has been adjourned until November 5.
