PART of Bewbush had to be cordoned off after a large gas leak was caused by an arsonist who started a fire outside a home.
A crew from Crawley Fire Station was called to Bracknell Walk, in Bewbush, at 7.10pm last night (Monday) following a report of a fire being started outside a house.
On arrival the firefighters found a small fire had been deliberately started by an arsonist in rubbish outside a home.
The flames were extinguished using a hose.
