A MAN has been sentenced at Crawley Magistrates' Court after throwing a waiter across the table of a busy restaurant in an unprovoked attack.
Several glasses were smashed as a result of the assault, which occurred in front of stunned diners at Xquisite, in King Street, East Grinstead.
Tim Painter was arrested and charged with assaulting Mohammed Mehraj and resisting arrest following the incident on the evening of Friday, September 26.
