THE restaurants, takeaways, pubs, cafes and supermarkets with the worst hygiene ratings in Sussex can be revealed today.
A total of 23 businesses in the county which serve food currently have the lowest possible mark – zero out of five.
This score means that they are deemed to require "urgent improvement".
Another 341 food outlets across the county fared only marginally better - scoring just one out of five.
