A SHEEP was burnt alive in what is thought to have been a savage attack during an overnight break-in at Tilgate Nature Centre.
The animal was found dead by staff on the morning of Thursday, October 2 and it is thought it had been set on fire during the previous night.
Sussex Police have been informed and are investigating. Anyone with information about the incident should contact them by calling 101.
