THE chairman of Crawley's Ukip party has resigned in order to focus on becoming the party's candidate at next year's general election.Lee Gilroy defected to Ukip in July last year having been chairman of the Crawley Conservative Association for two years and a member of that party since 2004.There were personal as well as political reasons behind last week's decision to stand down.Mr Gilroy, 45, explained: "I want to concentrate more time on me and my business."Politics is quite suited...
