POLICE have arrested a man officers found topless and covered in blood in Three Bridges at the weekend.
Sussex Police were called to Three Bridges Road at about 6.45pm on Sunday (September 28) where they found a 19-year-old Polish man topless and covered in blood near to Coopers Newsagents'.
Officers arrested the man on suspicion of affray and after being treated at East Surrey Hospital for facial injuries he was detained in custody.
