THE police helicopter was sent over Crawley last night in the hunt for a suspect on the run.
The helicopter was spotted over Northgate and parts of Manor Royal at about 8pm last night (Saturday).
Sussex Police have confirmed the team on board the helicopter offered to help in the search for a suspect who attempted to escape in Crawley.
