A 12-YEAR-OLD boy has been missing from the Horley area since yesterday afternoon and the police are appealing for help in finding him.
Ashley Boakes was last seen at around 5.45pm yesterday.
His father Peter Langdale said Ashley had been travelling home from a school in Dorking, Surrey.
Mr Langdale said Ashley has a history of running away, but hadsnever been missing for so long.
