DISTRESSED horses with psychological problems will be among those on show at an open day to promote a sanctuary which saves the animals from slaughter.Kilmarnock Horse Rescue, in Charlwood Road, Ifield, will be opening its stable doors to the public on September 7, to raise money for its ongoing mission to save ill-treated horses and those being sent for slaughter.As well as taking in at least 50 horses over the years, the centre has rescued dozens of dogs, cats, micro-pigs and sheep.Members...
