A CARER for an epileptic man who collapsed in the road in the early hours of the morning has thanked the passers-by who found him and stepped in to help.Margaret Cameron, of Ifield Road, West Green, has looked after Mark Jeffiries for just over a year.Mark was out walking his dog Jasper at about 2.50am on July 16 when he suffered an epileptic fit and hit the ground, landing half in the road near traffic lights on Kilnmead, in Northgate.
