STAFF at the Crawley bar which Daniel Palmer was thrown out of on the night he murdered Joao Esteves did not call the police to report the fact that Palmer had punched another man.
Questions have been asked after Palmer was jailed for life this week as to whether Mr Esteves' death could have been avoided if Palmer had been arrested earlier in the evening.
He was thrown out of Legends, in Crawley High Street, for punching acquaintance Danny Matthews.
